Operation Teammate
Our mission
Operation Teammate is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military-connected youth through positive experiences, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. We connect military children with athletes, veterans, professionals, and community leaders who encourage confidence, belonging, character, and personal growth. Through experiences, recognition programs, leadership opportunities, and the Operation Teammate Military Youth Leadership & Honors Academy, we help military-connected youth feel seen, valued, encouraged, and inspired while building a lifetime of opportunity, service, and leadership.
