By accessing or using Source It Local ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Conduct

Source It Local is a marketplace connecting local vendors with buyers. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
• Circumvent any security or access controls

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors are independent sellers and are solely responsible for the products and services they list. Vendors agree to accurately represent their offerings, fulfill orders in a timely manner, comply with all applicable laws, and maintain appropriate insurance and licenses for their business operations.

Source It Local charges a platform fee on each transaction. Current fee structures are outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are made directly between buyers and vendors through our Platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Refund and return policies are set by individual vendors.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Source It Local and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant Source It Local a license to display and promote their content on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Source It Local acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of vendors to fulfill orders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source It Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
